How often should I have my house washed?

Will pressure washing damage my siding or roof?

Do I need to be home during the service?
No. We just need access to an outdoor water spigot. We’ll confirm the appointment, send a reminder, and walk the finished job with you in person or by phone.
What if it rains on the day of my appointment?
Light rain doesn’t affect cleaning results. For heavy rain or thunderstorms we’ll reschedule at no charge. We’ll always reach out the day before if weather is a concern.
